We say that we never stop learning, this is because of events like the Cleanroom Forum. It is always a rewarding couple of days to learn from industry relevant SMEs and get valuable input across a number of disciplines viz Quality, Engineering, Validation and Equipment/PPE Suppliers. As an Engineer I have learned so much from the presentations related to other disciplines that has helped me understand what is important in their line of work (and why it is important) which has helped me look at things differently. With a broader understanding of these “other” requirements it helps make improved value adding decisions and provide value adding project solutions. Being good in your discipline is one thing, but being good in your discipline and also being able to appreciate and accommodate the requirements from other disciplines leads to more effective compliance/business solutions.
