Non-Viable Sampling
Non-viable samples are non-living particles. These include dust, clothing particles, skin cells, and more. They do not reproduce or spread, but they can still be problematic in a cleanroom as they can act as transportation for viable particles.
With our vali-sys partnership, we can offer Particles Plus products in South Africa.

Features
- Air sampler with 2 aspirating heads using 55mm contact plates/ 90mm petri dishes
- The SAS instrument control unit is placed outside and connected to the aspirating head using a simple electrical connection
- All possible typical contamination sources from the vacuum sampling system are avoided using the SAS Super Isolator
- Several heads can be controlled by a single SAS control unit, providing a practical and economical solution
- Airflow rate: 2×180 l/min

Particles Plus® Remote Particle Counter Model 2301P
Show more
Features
- The 2301 particle counter provides a range of particle size measurement from 0.3 or 0.5 to 25.0 μm at a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM).
- These sensors allow for efficient particle counting with specifications that exceed the ISO 21501-4 and JIS B9921 calibration standards.
- These sensors have 4 fixed particle size channels and are equipped with an integral critical orifice and flow sensor to provide a stable flow rate from an external vacuum source.
- Integration into a building automation or facility monitoring system is easy via isolated RS-485 Modbus communication.

Particles Plus® Remote Particle Counter Model 9501P
