Vacuum Cleaner Systems for Controlled Environments

When looking at everything needed to clean a cleanroom, the initial removal of dust and particles comes before sanitation. In critical cleaning situations, vacuuming tends to be a more efficient method than swabs and cloths.

We offer cleanroom vacuum cleaner systems that are equipped with H14 HEPA Filters and U15 ULPA Filters as per EN 1822. Designed for the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, additive manufacturing, microelectronics and many more industries, our vacuum systems are compatible with ISO Class 4 cleanroom conditions as defined in ISO 14644-1 (Class 10 as per FED STD 209E) and complying with GMP guidelines.

Pneumatic (air operated) and electrical options available

Dry Recovery

Features

  • Designed for use in contamination-controlled environments
  • Recovery tank material options:

– Polyethylene recovery tank with polished metal powerhead

Equipped with 3-stage filtration system, includes an ULPA (U15) filter, main cloth filter, and disposable filter bags

– Stainless-steel with a recovery tank and wheels that are autoclavable up to 121°C

Equipped with an upstream HEPA filter and a downstream ULPA filter. HEPA filter is H14 as per EN 1822. ULPA filter is U15 as per EN 1822

The upstream HEPA protects the motor and prevents ultra-fine particles from entering. The ULPA filter is installed at the exhaust to ensure cleanroom compatibility

  • Mounted on a 4-wheel dolly for easy manoeuvrability
  • Static conductive grey wheels (non-autoclavable) are available upon request

Wet & Dry Recovery

Features

  • Designed for the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor and Microelectronics industries
  • Recovery tank material options:

– Polyethylene recovery tank with polished metal powerhead

– Stainless-steel with a recovery tank and wheels that are autoclavable up to 121°C

  • Designed for the recovery of broken ampoules and glass in contamination-controlled environments
  • The broken ampoules and glass are separated from liquid, and they are recovered in an autoclavable sieve basket
  • Static conductive grey wheels (non-autoclavable) are available upon request
  • The stainless-steel floater (liquid cut-off) is detachable for easy dismantling and maintenance.
  • 5-stage filtration system, includes dual ULPA filters (U15) (one for the working air and one for the cooling air), double cloth filter, and disposable filter bags
